Forgotten Women Composers

In 2016 I was chosen for a joint BBC/AHRC project, as one of five academics, to help BBC Radio 3 to increase the proportion, to help BBC Radio 3 in increasing the number of women composers they broadcast. The composer that I’m researching is Johanna Müller-Hermann, who lived and worked in Vienna at the turn of the 20th century. There is an outline of her life and work here, and more information about Radio Three’s Forgotten Women Composers project here.
